Various office suites are available for lease in our LEED-certified* Ke Ala Hele Center at the Maui Research and Technology Park. Groups can rent our meeting and teleconference facility, the Malcolm Center, for meetings, workshops, seminars, and other events.

Private businesses and organizations can lease commercial space in the Ke Alahele Center at the Maui Research & Technology Park. MEDB’s office building is LEED-certified and located in central Kihei, with sweeping views of Haleakala, West Maui, and the Pacific Ocean. Customizable spaces are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, in a professional office park environment.

Businesses and organizations planning meetings, workshops, seminars, and other events can rent the Malcolm Center, MEDB’s full-service meeting and teleconferencing facility. Located in Kihei at the Maui Research and Technology Park, the Malcolm Center is a 1,500-square-foot space that offers a flexible meeting room setup for up to 75 participants.
