About the Speaker
Mr. Garrett Sullivan is the President of Sullivan & Associates, Inc, a Hawaii based management consultancy which is tailored toward leaders who want a reliable, trustworthy partner to help increase profits, streamline operations, and influence employees to treat the company like their own. Garrett has over forty years of progressive management experience from Project Engineer to CEO level. He co-founded Kaikor Construction in 1985 and under his leadership, the company successfully completed hundreds of civil, structural and building projects for the city, state and federal government across the Hawaiian Islands. In 2010, he sold the company to the existing management.
For the past eleven years, Garrett has successfully worked with more than 150 local Hawaii Construction company owners to simplify and clarify to help them achieve their vision and goals. In 2019, with co-facilitator Mark Tawara, developed the curriculum to lead the highly regarded Pacific Resource Partnership (PRP) Executive Leadership Series for Hawaii’s next generation of construction leaders and currently co-facilitates the Pacific Resource Partnership Executive Leadership Series.
Garrett was the 2010 US Small Business Administration, Person of the Year for the Island of Oahu.
